Information We Collect
- Account information — your name and email address when you sign up. Login is by an emailed one-time code (OTP); we store only a secure hash of each OTP code, its expiry and attempt count — never the code itself — and we keep a record of when codes were requested and verified.
- Order & delivery information — contact person name, business/firm name, GSTIN (if you provide it for tax credit), email, phone number, delivery address, city, state and pincode, and the items you order.
- Payment references — your chosen payment method, payment status, and the transaction/order references returned by our payment partners (for example a Razorpay payment ID or PayU transaction ID), plus records of bank/UPI transfers you report to us.
- Messages — quote requests and contact-form messages you send us.
- Technical data — your IP address at the time of security-sensitive actions (such as OTP requests), and standard server logs.
What We Do NOT Collect
- We never collect or store your card number, CVV, card PIN, or net-banking password. Card and online payments are entered only on the secure pages of our payment gateways, Razorpay and PayU, which process them under their own PCI-DSS compliance and privacy policies.
- We do not run mobile-number OTP or WhatsApp OTP — account verification is by email only.
Cookies & Local Storage
This website uses a session cookie to keep you signed in, and your browser's local storage to remember your shopping cart between visits. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Clearing your browser storage simply empties the saved cart and signs you out.
How We Use Your Information
- To create and secure your account (email OTP verification)
- To process, pack, deliver and invoice your orders, including GST tax invoices
- To take payments and issue refunds through our payment partners
- To answer your quote requests, messages and support queries
- To prevent fraud and abuse (for example OTP rate limits) and to meet legal, tax and accounting obligations
Sharing of Information
We do not sell your information. We share only what is needed with:
- Payment gateways — Razorpay and PayU, to process your payment and refunds
- Delivery partners / couriers — name, address and phone so your order can reach you
- Email service provider — to deliver OTP codes and order-related emails
- Authorities — where required by law, tax rules or a court order
Data Retention
Order and invoice records are retained for the period required under Indian tax and accounting law. OTP records are retained briefly for security auditing and then deleted or anonymised. Account information is kept while your account is active; you may ask us to delete it (see Your Rights), subject to records we must keep by law.
Security
Passwords and OTP codes are stored only as hashes, payments are processed on PCI-DSS compliant gateway pages, and access to order data is limited to authorised staff. No internet transmission is completely secure, but we apply reasonable, industry-standard safeguards.
Your Rights

We will respond within a reasonable time, subject to legal record-keeping requirements.
