This policy describes how VNM Sales, 2, 720/37, Purav Marg, Mata Mansa Devi Mandir, Sector 26 East Extension, Chandigarh - 160019 dispatches and delivers orders. It forms part of our Terms & Conditions.
1. Dispatch Time
In-stock orders are normally dispatched within 1–2 business days of order confirmation and (for prepaid payment methods) payment verification. Business days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. Very large or palletised orders may need an extra day to pack — we will inform you on phone or email if so.
2. Delivery Timelines (Estimates)
- Chandigarh, Mohali & Panchkula (Tricity): 1–2 business days after dispatch
- Rest of India: 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination and courier
These are good-faith estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates; courier delays, weather, strikes or incorrect addresses can extend them.
3. Delivery Charges
- FREE delivery on orders where the amount after all discounts is above ₹2,000
- Otherwise a flat delivery charge of ₹150 applies
- Cash on Delivery orders carry an additional ₹50 handling fee
- The exact delivery charge for your order is always shown at checkout before you pay and on your invoice — there are no hidden charges
- For very large / bulk consignments, freight delivery can be arranged separately; charges, if any, will be quoted and confirmed with you before dispatch
4. Address Accuracy & Delivery Attempts
- Please give a complete address with pincode, a working phone number and a contact person — most delivery failures come from incomplete addresses.
- Our courier normally makes up to two delivery attempts. If delivery fails because the address is wrong/incomplete or no one is available, re-delivery charges may apply, or the parcel may be returned to us (see the Refund Policy for how refunds are then calculated).
- Please check your GSTIN and billing details at checkout — invoices are generated from the details you enter.
5. If a Parcel Arrives Damaged
- Note the damage on the delivery receipt if possible, and take photographs of the outer packaging and the item before using it.
- Contact us within 48 hours on +91 9988167476 or vnmsaleschd@gmail.com with your order number and the photos.
- We will arrange a replacement or refund as per our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
6. Delivery Areas
We deliver across India through courier partners. Some chemicals may be restricted to surface transport, which can add a day or two on long routes. If your pincode is not serviceable for a particular item, we will contact you and refund any amount paid for the undeliverable item.
