These Terms & Conditions govern purchases from this website, operated by VNM Sales (a trade name of Amit Kumar (Proprietorship), GSTIN: 04DKGPK6291A2ZD), 2, 720/37, Purav Marg, Mata Mansa Devi Mandir, Sector 26 East Extension, Chandigarh - 160019 ("VNM Sales", "we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to these terms.
1. Business (B2B) Sales & Eligibility
This is a wholesale, business-to-business store. By ordering you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and are buying for a business, institution, firm or organisation (or as its authorised representative). You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you provide, including your GSTIN where you claim input tax credit.
2. Your Account
Accounts are created and accessed using a one-time code (OTP) sent to your email address — there is no password. You are responsible for keeping access to your email account secure and for all activity and orders placed through your account. Tell us immediately on +91 9988167476 if you suspect unauthorised use.
3. Products & Pricing
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of GST. GST is calculated per product at checkout at the rate and HSN code shown for that product, and the full break-up (taxable amount, CGST + UTGST for Chandigarh supplies or IGST for other states, delivery charges) is shown on your tax invoice.
- Per-product bulk discount tiers and any order-level discount are applied exactly as shown at checkout. Delivery is charged as described in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
- Pricing errors: if a price, discount or product detail is shown incorrectly because of a technical or typographical error, we may correct it, and — if you have already paid — cancel the affected order and refund you in full, or proceed at the corrected price with your written confirmation.
4. Orders & Acceptance
Placing an order is an offer to buy. An order is accepted only when we confirm it (by phone, email or order status update in our system) and, for prepaid orders, payment is confirmed by the gateway or verified by us. We may decline or cancel an order — for example for out-of-stock items, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or an undeliverable address — and will refund any amount you have paid for the cancelled order.
5. Payment
- We accept payments via Razorpay and PayU (hosted, secure payment pages), direct UPI transfer to our published UPI ID, bank transfer (NEFT/RTGS), and cash on delivery within Chandigarh, Mohali and Panchkula (a handling fee applies, shown at checkout).
- Card details are entered only on the gateway's page; we never see or store card numbers or CVVs.
- For UPI and bank transfer orders, dispatch may wait until the payment is verified in our account. Please share the transaction reference with us to speed this up.
- All orders are payable in full at the time of ordering (or on delivery for COD). We do not offer credit terms as a standard facility; any credit arrangement applies only if it is separately agreed with you in writing before the order is dispatched.
6. Delivery

7. Returns, Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellation, returns and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.
8. Product Use & Safety
Chemicals and cleaning products must be stored and used as directed on their labels and safety instructions, away from children. It is your responsibility to check suitability for your premises and surfaces before use.
9. Intellectual Property
The VNM Sales name, logo, website content and product listings are our property (or used under licence) and may not be copied or reused for commercial purposes without our written permission. Product images are indicative.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as loss of profit or business interruption. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.
11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Chandigarh.
